Terms and Conditions

Parts and Labor warranty is limited to 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified by the parts vendor/manufacturer

• Parts warranty does not apply to customer-supplied parts
• Lack of maintenance, abuse, and neglect are NOT covered by any warranty
• Pre-existing mechanical issues are not covered by any warranty
• Heavily-modified vehicle parts and labor warranty coverage is at the discretion of Suba Tech Industries
• Parts and labor warranty is non-transferrable
• Parts and labor warranty claims must be brought to Suba Tech for inspection, diagnosis, and repair
• Parts warranty is limited to the failed part only
• Labor warranty DOES NOT cover parts failure
• 3rd party service center or customer-performed repair work voids the parts and labor warranty, unless explicit authorization is provided in writing by Suba Tech Industries
• Once repair work is authorized, no refunds will be provided for any reason, unless parts necessary to perform the repair work are unable to be sourced for the vehicle
• All used parts are covered by the parts supplier’s warranty, if applicable
• Used parts warranty DOES NOT cover labor for replacement or exchange
• All removed parts will be discarded or recycled after the repair work is completed, old parts will not be returned to the customer unless previously agreed upon prior to the start of the repair work

By authorizing repair work to be completed, you agree to these warranty terms and conditions.
