Engine Re-seal (F Series Engine)

Complete shortblock re-seal (oil leaks, upper oil pan o-ring failure, headgasket failure)

FB20 - FB25 MPI Re-seal

Includes OEM head gaskets, upper oil pan o-rings, oil varnish removal via hot tank, all components torqued to spec in factory sequence w/valve clearance inspection

FA20 - FA24 DIT Re-seal

$5,180

Direct-injection engine reseal includes Intake valve de-carbon, OEM head gaskets, upper oil pan o-rings, fuel hardline, oil varnish removal via hot tank, all components torqued to spec in factory sequence w/valve clearance inspection

Shortblock Replacement (Connecting Rod Bearing Failure)

Each engine requires a teardown to determine severity of internal damage. *May require replacement of front cover, cams, cam carriers, cam sprockets and turbo (if applicable)

EJ251/EJ253 Re-seal

Includes OEM head gaskets, oil varnish removal via hot tank, all components torqued to spec in factory sequence w/valve clearance inspection/adjustment if necessary

EJ20/EJ255/EJ257 Re-seal

EZ30/EZ36/EG33 6-Cylinder Re-seal

Includes OEM head gaskets, oil varnish removal via hot tank, all components torqued to spec in factory sequence w/valve clearance inspection. *6-cylinder engines may require front cover bolt and/or oil pump housing screw extraction and replacement. Cost of repair depends on engine year, condition, and generation, not to exceed $5,400 in labor
